Built by the people who've lived the problem
Wayline was created by professionals who've been on both sides of the wayleave process: as telecoms operators installing infrastructure, and as building managers handling the requests.
Wayline was born from direct experience. As a telecoms operator, we spent years navigating the wayleave process. Chasing landlords, negotiating with solicitors, managing stacks of paperwork for every building access agreement.
Both sides were frustrated. Both sides were losing money and time. And nobody had built a purpose-built solution.
Then, working on the property side, we saw the same problem from the other direction: managing agents drowning in operator requests with no standard process, no tools, and no way to track what had been agreed. Wayline is the solution. Built by telecoms operator professionals in partnership with property management professionals, it brings genuine domain expertise from both sides of the process. We understand the Code operator's statutory rights and the landlord's need for protection. We understand RAMS compliance and building insurance requirements. We understand processing fees and Stripe Connect splits. Because we've done all of it ourselves.
Making building infrastructure access simple, fair, and digital
Every multi-tenanted building needs infrastructure: broadband, EV charging, energy systems. Getting access to install that infrastructure shouldn't require solicitors, months of waiting, or filing cabinets of paperwork. Wayline is the digital platform that makes it work for everyone: building owners stay in control, operators get access efficiently, and tenants get the infrastructure they need.
One building profile. Every provider.
We're building more than a wayleave tool. Every building has rules about how infrastructure is installed: who can access it, under what terms, with what protections, at what cost. Wayline makes those rules clear, consistent, and digital. Today it's telecoms and EV charging. Over time, Wayline becomes the standard interface through which any infrastructure provider interacts with any building: solar, heat networks, battery storage, and beyond. One building profile. One set of preferences. Every provider, every request, managed through a single platform.
